Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility: The To Mom, With Love Mother’s Day Contest (“Contest”) is open only to
legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico,
who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Contest is subject to all
applicable federal, state, territorial, municipal, and local laws and regulations and is void
where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to
these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters
related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements
set forth herein. The Sponsor reserves the right to change any of the eligibility terms at
anytime or to select or not select anyone at their sole discretion.

not imply a Cold Brew Labs, Inc. (doing business as Pinterest, and hereinafter known
as “Pinterest”) endorsement or partnership of any kind. The Contest is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Pinterest or Facebook. The
information you provide will only be used for verification of eligibility to participate
in the Contest. Please direct any questions or comments regarding the Contest to the
Sponsor.

3. Timing: The Contest begins on May 1, 2012 at approximately 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time
(“ET”) and ends on May 9, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). The Entry
Period begins on May 1, 2012 at approximately 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on May 9, 2012
at 11:59 p.m. ET. The Judging Period begins on May 10, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends
on May 10, 2012 at 9:00 p.m. ET. The winners will be announced on May 11, 2012 at
approximately 12:00 p.m. ET.

4. How to enter: To enter the Contest, during the Entry Period the entrant must:

a. Have a Pinterest Account: If you are not already a member of the Pinterest community,
you may request a Pinterest invitation by going to http://www.pinterest.com.

b. Create a Board on Pinterest under the name “To Mom, With Love” and categorize it
under Mother’s Day.

c. Pin images to shows us what your mother means to you. Check out Shaunie O’Neal’s 1-
800-Flowers board for inspiration http://www.pinterest.com/shaunieoneal

d. E-mail us a link to your Board to submit@shaunieoneal.com with the subject title: “To
Mom, With Love”. You will automatically be entered for a chance to win a 1-800-
Flowers Gift Card.

Your Submission may not be created with a Pinterest contributor. In addition, your
Submission must not contain anything that (i) infringes, misappropriates or violates a
third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights or other intellectual
property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (ii) violates, or encourages any

conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil
liability; (iii) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (iv) is defamatory, obscene,
pornographic, vulgar or offensive; (v) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred,
harassment or harm against any individual or group (which include, but are not limited
to, race, sex, creed, national origin, religious affiliation, marital status, sexual orientation,
gender identity, or language); (vi) is violent or threatening or promotes violence or
actions that are threatening to any other person; (vii) promotes illegal or harmful
activities or substances; or (viii) Amirah, Inc in its sole discretion determines that the
content of the submission is at least one of the following: insults, attacks, harasses,
bullies, threatens, demeans or impersonates others; contains “hate speech,” whether
directed at an individual or a group, based on membership within certain categories
targets minors or promotes products or services that are illegal for use by minors in their
jurisdiction, or that are deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate; contains adult content,
including nudity, depictions of people in explicit or suggestive positions, or activities
that are overly suggestive or sexually provocative; contains content that is shocking,
sensational or disrespectful, or portrays excessive violence; is otherwise obscene,
offensive, or inappropriate; or links to or promotes a webpage; or otherwise make
available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, “commercial pitch,” promotional
materials, junk mail, spam, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.

Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by
any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different
email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that
entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to
participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for
lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be
disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder
of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized
account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access
provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be
required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Limit one Submission per person. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any
Submission for any reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.

Other promotions: By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any prize
awarded in any other promotion unless you enter each sweepstakes, contest or promotion
separately.

6. Judging: The winners will be selected from the pool of submissions.

Winners: The five (5) prize winners will be selected by a panel of judges, empanelled
by Sponsor (“Judges”) on or about May 10, 2012 from all eligible Submissions. Judges
decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest, of which will be based equally
upon the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”): a. creativity; b. theme inspiration; and c.
originality. The five (5) entrants with the overall top scores in the Judging Criteria will be
declared the Contest’s winners (the “Winners”) and will receive their prize. By entering
the Contest, you consent to automatic entry and you agree to allow Sponsor to take an

image of your “To Mom, With Love” pin board and post it to Shaunie O’Neal’s website,
located at http://www.shaunieoneal.com.

7. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified by email and/or phone. All winners
will be required to provide a mailing address, which will be used to fulfill the prize. At
the discretion of the Sponsor, the winner may be disqualified for not complying with
these Official Rules, failing to execute and return any required documents within the
specific time period, making false statements, or failing to receive a prize notification
because it is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable. In the event of a disqualification, the
Submission with the next highest score may then be declared the alternate winner.

8. Prizes and Odds:

a. All five (5) winners will receive 1-800 Flowers gift cards and can be redeemed online.

For all gift card prizes: Redemption of the gift card will be subject to 1-800 Flowers
standard terms, conditions and restrictions applicable to 1-800 Flowers gift cards in effect
on the day of issuance of the gift card. Sponsor or 1-800 Flowers is not responsible if any
gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If the gift card is lost or
stolen, it will not be replaced.

For all prizes: No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable, except otherwise
stated, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater
value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

Odds of winning depend upon number and quality of eligible entries. The winner will be
responsible for paying all costs and expenses related to the prize that are not specifically
mentioned, including, but not limited to, taxes, and any other expenses that might
reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize; and required to
submit his/her social security number or tax payer ID number to us in order to claim the
prize.

9. Release: All entrants, as a condition of entry into the Contest, agree to release and
hold harmless Sponsor, Pinterest, Facebook and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates,
suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective
parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents
(collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action,
including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property,
arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each
finalist’s and winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of each winner’s name,
likeness, photograph, video, voice, statements, Submission, opinions and/or hometown,
state, or country for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereinafter
known, worldwide, in perpetuity without further notice, payment or consideration.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify
the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond
Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest,
as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right
to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time

of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any
individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest
or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in
an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately
undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil
law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages
from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce
any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Assignment of Rights: All entrants agree that upon submitting their Submission,
Sponsor shall have an unlimited license to reproduce the Submission, and create any
derivative works of the Submission in perpetuity, and that Sponsor shall have the right
to publish in any media whatsoever the Submission (including any reproduction or
derivative work) and use it in perpetuity, the entrant’s name and likeness for any lawful
purpose, including promotional purposes, without further compensation. By entering the
contest, entrant represents that entrant created the Submission for his/her entry into this
Contest. Upon entry, each entrant (on behalf of him/herself and his/her child/children)
also releases Sponsor from all liability arising from his/her entry in the Contest and
use of the prizes, and agrees to sign any additional documentation which Sponsor may
reasonably request addressing this or any other Contest rules. Sponsor reserves the rights
to request from any entrant additional documentation it reasonably believes is necessary
to validate any entry or award any prize.

13. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any
incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by
any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2)
technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions,
or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized
human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human
error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries;
or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or
indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or
use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason a entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been
erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is
another entry in the Contest, if possible. If the Contest, or any part of it, is discontinued
for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from
among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the
prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the
event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more
than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/
or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a
random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

14. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes,
claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize
awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and
exclusively by the United States California State Court located in Los Angeles, CA,
U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-

pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no
event attorneys’ or legal fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted
to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive,
incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-
of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise
increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation
and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant
and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed
in accordance with, the laws of California, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice
of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California, U.S.A. or any other
jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than
the State of California, U.S.A.

16. Winner’s List: After confirmation, the winners will be announced on the Shaunie
O’Neal Website located at http://www.shaunieoneal.com To retrieve the winners list,
